Some backstory: I love Greek Mythology. And last week, my internet was completely down: something about a rodent chewing threw the cables or something? I don\u2019t really know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anyway, so I have Kindle Unlimited on my iPad and last Thursday, decided to read one of the books I had downloaded: Skies of Olympus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Naturally, it fit all the criteria: Greek mythology, fantasy, romance, adventure. I fell in love with the book and the characters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s such a great read and for a writer, very inspiring. The Skies of Olympus book really opens the series well, with introducing characters, building up the overall plot, and giving the reader a feel of the story the author is wishing to tell. Is this post to say how amazing this book is? Kind of. Do I regret it? Nope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019m not much of a book reviewer, so I\u2019ll keep it pretty short and sweet. Overall, it\u2019s an amazing book series and I definitely can\u2019t recommend it enough. It\u2019s also inspired me to put more time into writing my own stories, which is a plus. As a writer, this was the push I needed to help create my own fantasy world. I have some plans of posts to add to here involving the process, which will be interesting once I finally get into it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
